However, he stated that this was, in his opinion, due to the inherent design of the grinder, and that nothing on my part was to blame; item was accurately described. I told him that a new set of burrs might help improve the grinder's performance, and immediately mailed out a set, even though this was not part of the original deal, and he did not ask. Long story short, the burrs got lost in the mail somewhere, and he never received them. Now he has left negative feedback with the comment that he will remove the negative feedback once he receives the replacement burrs. Blatant feedback extortion, but ebay fails to take action. | 6/24/09

I was told by the seller to send payment, which I did in the form of a money order. According to the money order company, the money order was cashed, however, it was not until at least a week later that I was sent a short message stating, "shipping today", with absolutely no shipping information. According to the item page, the item was to arrive within six days of shipping, but no item arrived. I have sent many emails to the seller, but there have been no responses. Finally, I received an email on June 10th, 2009 stating that he needed my shipping address in order to check on the status of the package. He also stated that he would send the item again if I did not receive it. I sent my address to him and still have no received a response or any items in the mail. It is now June 21st, more than a month later and I have still not received any shipping information or an email explaining what has happened. | 6/21/09

i sold a item on ebay. the buyer had a private fdbck, so i didn't wanna sell it, but she made payment fast so i sent it.
I put tracking # when i send it.
I mean, she has PRIVATE feedback, i know she's not a good ebayer, so just to be on the safe side.
ok. after i sent it, about 1 week later, paypal told me that the payment's under review.
I go real pissed, i didn't understand what's going on, so i called paypal.
paypal told me that i need to proof that i sent the item (which, they never asked me that before)
and that time when i was talkin with paypal, i didn't have that trackin # info with me.
so paypal actually called that buyer to confirm if she received it or not.
guess what she said?? she told him she never received that item!
I got REAL pissed!
it's been 3 weeks since i sent it out, if she REALLY DIDNT get her stuff, she would have contacted me already right?!
she never contact me. she never replied to my emails, and simply told paypal that she didn't get her stuff!
WHAT A BIT*H!!!!
later, i called paypal again with that trackin #,
(i tracked it online, IT IS THERE. SHE GOT HER STUFFS FREE!)
now they r sayin "with this buyer, there's no seller's protection".
WHAT DA F*CK?!
they R THE ONE who told me to send the item!! I'm just so pissed, i don't know what to do.
what do i do here??

He had the option listed of $195 for shipping to all the lower 48 states, or $30 for local pick up. I payed the amount plus the $30 to pick up. I have a company and get great rates on shipping, let alone $195 dollars to ship it 2 hours away? So I did the logical thing and contacted our fright company we use, which I get an 80% discount on. So I contacted the seller to get the dimensions and weight to arrange the pick up. I received a reply stating they do not allow outside freight companies to pick up there. I asked what the difference would be if I picked it up or a third party, to which he said "it's policy" I explained to him there wasn't any policy stated in the auction, and asked for a copy, to which I was denied. I then asked to speak to the manager and I was advised he was the Owner. So, I asked him why it is policy and was not stipulated in the action in a disclaimer. I wasn't given anything other than an attitude. Plain and simple the guy is trying to rip people off on the freight and deny people when they decide to utilize the local pick up which is offered in the auction. I contacted him several times to resolve the issue and refund the money, and have had no reply other than "do whatever you have to do". So as of now I have filled a complaint with the BBB, filed a dispute with PayPal, and will file a small claims law suit next week. | 6/17/09

I must inform you that I live in St. John's,Newfoundland and I have to let you know that right now I'm out of country with some business and the trailer is garaged at the shipping company in St. John's,Newfoundland.
I sign a contract with eBay and they will make the transaction for me.The trailer was listed in another city because I want to sell quickly and the shipping will be free anyway.The web site AutoTrader.ca listed the trailer in the most important cities because i payed them to sell the RV as soon as possible.Time is really an issue and we have to move fast,the low price is for a fast deal.
Here is all the details about this transaction.
PAYMENT
The transaction will be made using eBay Motors a company who will insure our transaction.They have a program called eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection Program.This service allows us to complete this transaction in a manner that is quick and safe for both of us. It acts as a third part between seller and buyer.eBay Motors is responsible to insure that both parties comply to transaction requirements, both parties must submit proof of payment/delivery presented in a legal form (payment/delivery receipt) by the registered payment/delivery service used.The payment will be sent to eBay and they will hold your payment until you receive the trailer with all the documents.
SHIPPING
You will receive the trailer by shipping through DAS Auto vehicle Transport Services.It is insured in case of damage and it will be delivered to your DOOR. I will pay all the shipping costs of the trailer.The trailer is being shipped from St. John's,Newfoundland and you won't have to pay any additional taxes when it arrives to your address. I will send you the trailer with all the papers (title, bill of sale.., etc.)The title is clear and clean,no lien,no loan on it.The shipping will take maximum 5 days.
RETURN POLICY
As soon as the trailer arrive to your address, you will test it and if it does not matches 100% to your expectations, you will return it in maximum 30 days since the arrival date. In this case eBay Company will send you the full amount back in 24 hours and you will send the trailer back to eBay and you donīt have to pay the return shipping.
If you want to start with this deal ,email me your full name,address and phone number for shipping and I will require those forms right now.As soon as I receive these information from you I will forward them to eBay Company along with the rest of the details in order for them to open a case regarding our deal and send you the invoice for payment and all the details about shipping.
